If you see something that interests you, feel free to send an email to the listed advisor, and they should be able to help. Starting a New Club at EVG

**The New Club Proposal form for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. New club proposals for this school year will be considered until January 2027.**

We are now accepting proposals for new clubs at EVG. Please make sure to read through the process that is described in the EVG New Club Proposal Google form. Also, the flyer below gives a snapshot of the most important steps, in case you need a quick reference point.

Please be aware that it does take us some time to process these requests, but we will do our best to reach out to you as quickly as possible.

If you haven't heard from anyone within two weeks of submitting the form, please contact Ms. Hoshock and Ms. Walker.
