Community Rewards
Earn money for Evergreen when you shop!
Many businesses have great community reward programs. Designate Evergreen Middle School PTA as your non-profit of choice and they will donate to us every time you shop. All at no cost to you!
One time setup:
When you shop:
Use your Rewards Card as you normally would at any Fred Meyer store, and you support our PTA! You still earn your Rewards Points, Fuel Points, and Rebates. Questions? Need to sign up for a Reward card? Just visit the Customer Service Desk at any store.

- Sign in to your Fred Meyer account

Educator grants will be reviewed at the November PTA meeting. Current Grant will be emailed to staff. If you have missed one of these cycles but have an urgent funding need, contact the PTA President at evergreenmiddlepta@gmail.com.
Please note that forms need to be approved by the school principal and returned to us via email (evergreenmiddlepta@gmail.com) or the PTA Mailbox in the office before the November meeting in for consideration at the November and April meetings.
